The building inspection will allow the execution of the immediate measures that avoid both the risks to the safety of people and the need to face more complex and expensive repairs in a timely manner.

Compliance with the provisions of the Ordinance may not justify the breach of the general regime of the duties of conservation and maintenance of the building.

Its cost will be paid by the OWNER.

2.Who are obliged to do it??

The owners of the constructions that have more than 40 years from the date of construction and / or integral rehabilitation; whether they are individual owners, neighborhood communities etc.

3. What buildings are required?

4. When should it be done?

The first inspection is building inspection carried out the year after the property turns 40; the second and subsequent, every 10 years from the date of the previous one.

6.What model of inspection report must be completed?

It is the model agreed with the Junta de Castilla y León and the Construction Institute.

This application generates three documents: the pdf report, the pdf technician Inspection certificate and an .ite extension file.This file must be compressed and converted to .zip for telematic presentation.

The inspection can be favorable or unfavorable.
